What does the Hellraiser: Revival demo include?

The official Steam description includes the Prologue and a portion of Episode 1. It introduces puzzle solving, crafting and combat. It is a pre-release build, and its save progress does not transfer to the full game.

This is an opening-help hub, not a claim that every retail puzzle or boss appears in the demo. The landmark instructions below come from a published full-game opening walkthrough. Follow the matching objective and room in your build; later campaign answers belong in the full walkthrough.

Opening route: the apartment loop and first box puzzle

  1. Apartment loop: after the bloody writing, turn back toward the dark doorway rather than repeating the lit route.
  2. First fire puzzle: use the box to transfer fire to the pillar, then position the floating block to cross the gap.
  3. Door M359: inspect the two suspended bodies for the diamond fragments and place the halves into the door.
  4. Skull puzzle: open the skull mechanism to collect the Tongue Key. Use the skull video and puzzle landmark for the visual reference.
  5. Bruno section: stay out of sight, retrieve the keycard from the cart by the chair, then use the green EXIT reader.

These are retail opening-route landmarks, not a complete inventory of the pre-release demo. For a different room, match the current objective to the puzzle directory rather than trying an unrelated code.

Demo locker codes: match the room, not just the number

For the early red-hallway cabinet, check the painting plaques and the red-hallway code recording. For the medical locker by a bloody bathtub, use the medical-room clue and recording. These linked recordings show the full game, so their version label matters.

The complete code table contains later campaign locks as well. It is not a list of ten demo rewards or redeemable promotional codes. Check the clue beside your own lock if an older demo differs from the retail recording.

Stuck at the beginning: puzzle or progression problem?

If the objective still points to a locked door, first inspect the corresponding puzzle item and nearby clue. If movement, interaction or a transition stops working after the expected action, use the troubleshooting guide. Keep the demo/full-game label, platform and build with the report.

Do not overwrite your only save while experimenting with a progression issue. For retail Hellraiser difficulty, Save Token locations is a separate resource guide; the official demo description does not establish identical saving rules. Console demo availability is covered in demo access and downloads.

Where to go after the demo

For the full campaign, continue with the objective walkthrough, all boss fights and missable trophies. For purchase decisions, compare dated review sources and platform availability. Demo impressions do not establish later-game content or console performance.
