Hellraiser: Revival Leviathan Statue Rings and the S&M Duckie Door

Align the rings and get the S&M Duckie

Fit the Leviathan Tip to the diamond-shaped statue, then align its three patterned rings. The resulting S&M Duckie is a key item; this mechanism is separate from the nearby red-hallway cabinet.

1. During “Escape the Cult”, collect the Leviathan Tip from the security office.
2. Return to the red-walled hall and identify the tall diamond-shaped statue, rather than a keypad.
3. Place the tip on top and turn the rings until their pattern forms a continuous design.
4. Collect the S&M Duckie and use it at the corresponding door near the security office.

The clip starts on the map so you can find the statue first. Compare the visual alignment rather than copying a button count from a different starting position.
