What do the reports actually show?
In the linked Steam Deck discussion, one player describes a roughly 30-minute demo session with a 45 FPS cap and a 12 W power limit. Replies include both positive experiences and reports of stutter or heavier later scenes. These are individual observations, not a repeatable benchmark from this site.
Do not treat a frame-rate cap as proof that the game holds that rate throughout. The scene, Deck model, software version and settings all matter when comparing reports.
Is the full game Steam Deck Verified?
We have not established a current Valve compatibility rating for the full game from the sources checked for this article. Check the compatibility panel on the full-game Steam listing on your device. A working demo and a full-game certification are different pieces of evidence.
A practical demo check
- Install the official demo and let its updates finish.
- Record your Deck model, SteamOS version and the settings you use.
- Test combat, traversal and menus; note drops and input problems as well as average smoothness.
- Check subtitle size, inventory text and camera comfort on the handheld screen.
- Reassess the full game separately instead of assuming the demo represents every area.
This is an evaluation checklist, not a recommended graphics preset. There is no verified “best settings” profile on this page.
