What the content warnings cover
The ESRB summary describes heavy gore, torture, graphic cutscenes, partially nude characters, a sex scene with a partially nude couple, a club area with latex-clad figures, drug use and strong language. Steam’s notes add themes of suicide, domestic abuse, BDSM and addiction. Steam lists the game under “Some Nudity or Sexual Content”, “Frequent Violence or Gore” and “General Mature Content”.
Is it uncensored on every platform?
Saber told FRVR the game “will not be censored in any way”, including the Switch 2 version. Saber has also said the ESRB rating required no cuts. German reports say a feature for dismembering dead enemies was removed for everyone during development, so there is no separate cut version for any region. There is no streamer mode or content toggle.
Is there nudity or a sex scene?
Yes. The rating boards describe partial nudity and a sex scene; Steam calls it non-explicit consensual sex. We do not publish screenshots, clips or links to those scenes.
Can I stream it on Twitch or YouTube?
Saber’s FAQ says streaming and videos are allowed and encouraged, with conditions:
- Set an 18+ age restriction with your platform’s tools.
- Add a “sexual themes” label where the platform supports one.
- Editing scenes out may not exempt you from those restrictions.
- Saber is not responsible for strikes on your channel.
Twitch’s prohibited-games list covers Adults Only titles and games built around sexual content; Revival is rated M. Check Twitch’s current list and your stream labels before you go live.
